At Virtue Care Homes, we believe in putting people first. Our mission is to change how residential care feels for young people by creating a positive, nurturing environment that helps them feel safe and supported.
Our staff are carefully chosen for their warmth, experience and dedication. They work closely with each child to provide personalised care that supports emotional growth, education and wellbeing.
Our homes are calm, comfortable places where children can feel safe, supported and understood. We create an environment that feels welcoming from the moment a young person arrives, giving them space to settle, grow and build trust at their own pace.
Each home is designed to provide stability, routine and care that fits around the individual. Children have their own bedrooms, shared living spaces and access to activities that help them learn, relax and enjoy day to day life. Our team is always on hand to listen, guide and offer support whenever it is needed.
We focus on helping young people develop positive relationships, healthy habits and the confidence to believe in themselves. Education, wellbeing and emotional growth are part of daily life, and we work closely with every child to help them take steady steps toward a brighter future.
We believe every child should feel part of a supportive community that helps them grow. This is why we are involved in projects like The Awake Project, which offers free mindfulness, martial arts and fitness sessions to help young people build confidence and resilience.
We also support The I Am Project, a school-based programme that brings fitness and mindfulness coaching to children across Liverpool. Through these projects, we help young people feel encouraged, valued and connected to positive opportunities.
